My lighting system is a Glo TS-HO 2x54 can I keep corals that require high levels of light with that if so what will happen to the corals that only need low levels. How can you tell if they are in a place with 2 much light. My tank is a 4 foot tank or 265 litres.
Thanks for you feedback.

with the lighting system its not size you want to look at its wattage. For your "high light" corals you want 5 watts per gallon and your Low light" corals about 3 watts per gallon. if you mix the 2 differant types you need to figure our a way to "shade" the low light coral so they dont get the full intensidy of the lighting but still get enouph light. I usually dont recomend mixing if your new to reef. but I also am a firm believer of "you dont know if you dont try!" Just make sure you set up your live rock well enouph to cover the low light corals so they dont "burn up"
