AquaC EV-180 Protein Skimmer

I am ready to purchase the AquaC EV-180. My only question is which pump should I get. I can choose between Sen700 (I am leaning towards this one), Rio 3100, Mag-Drive 700, Dolphin DP-800, Iwaki 20 RLT, and Little Giant 3 MDQ. I haven't decided if I am going to place it in the sump or besides the sump. Please let me know if you have any experiences with any of these or if you can recommend one. Thanks

I have an Iwaki 20 RLT. It only stops running when I unplug it. It has never failed to restart, and it has never been apart for cleaning. (God only knows what it looks like in there. It is fairly cool and very quiet. I've been running it for almost three years now, I think. I can dig out the receipt if it's important.
