Well I believe you are going to have to let that new aquarium cycle. So just start by taking some sand/gravel from the already established aquarium, some filter media, and fish food.
If you or a friend have an already established aquarium, you can collect a cupful of gravel with all the good cooties in it, and put it in your cycling aquarium.
