Hi all my silver balloon molly has given birth to what appears to be eggs? we put her in the breeding net last night and this morning there is a bubbley jelly like substance in her area. I googled it and it says mllys are live bearing fish so what is it?

The eggs are probably not viable and will soon start growing a fungus. Live bearing females will often drop their undeveloped fry when they are moved or when the water quality is poor. Their gestation period is about a month, and one exposure to a male is good for three or more batches of fry.
