First I need some details. How many Bettas do you have? How long have they been in this tank?
Have you bought them from a reliable store? There are many stores that sell Bettas of lower quality that can't breed so it is important to know more before giving you a right advice.

If you really want to breed bettas you usually need more than one male and one female in the tank as the levels of interest, responsiveness, etc may vary from one betta to another.
Being a group is the best condition for breeding to occur.
Any way I'm linking here a full article on breeding bettas, what is needed and how to do it. http://joshday.com/howtobreedbettafish.htm

Hope it would help

The photo below shows a betta in the wild and are normally very much less colorful. I enjoyed catching them when I was a young boy.

Sorry, photo too small to see I think, I have put a circle on the betta.
