Chat Room and List of Recent Posts?

I saw in another post that it was voted that a chat room would be a super positive addition to the website... just thought I'd start a post here that said that... LOL.

Also, some of the other forums that I go to... Have a list of the recent posts... This way you can take a quick glance and see what topics have been recently posted too. It's a cool addition...

The forum administrator is usually very responsive to requests from members, and the management team pays attention to things posted in the CONTACT section, which can be accessed in the lower right column. That said, I'm not sure how much work is involved in adding a chat room. As for recent topics, a short list appears at the bottom of the home page. Since we're growing, it may be a good idea to make the list longer.

John... I think maybe what Angela means ..is that once we view a post...
you have to go all the way BACK to see another topic. ( hard to navigate)
It would be nice if we only had to click at the bottom for access...
..I am probably not explaining very well.

And like you said..don't know how difficult it would be to add a chat room section..but sure would be a GREAT idea IMO.

I like the way the one is set up on TAF-II...

Where when you log onto the site... You see all the subjects... Just like here, then at the bottom of the page... there's I don't know... the last 25 posts or so...

I didn't realize that was here already... but longer would be cool.

I do LOVE how you can look down through the topics and it says NEW! I LOVE THAT!

As far as navigation... if you're in a topic, you can click at the top of the page, where it goes from like an outline...
