We currently have two tanks and due to this great economy will be reducing to one. One tank has: 3 - balas, 2 - red-tailed sharks, a frog, plecostimus, and maybe a gouramis. The other tank: 2 Silver dollar, 1 - Angel fish, Plecostimus, Loricaria cat.

The one Bala is close to 10' long and it's like having shamu in the tank. I think he is getting too large for the tank and may have to go.

Can thses fish all live in one tank together? Both tank are 90 gallons tanks.

the 1st tank there are mainly shark fishes..you don't mention that whether this tank is a planted or bare bottom.since you have huge 90 gallon tank,so you may keep tiger shark or albino shark there in your 1st tank...
and for the 2nd tank for my option you should concentrate on angel or neon or cardinal tetra or even discus .

The "Bala" tank is a gravel bottom. The tank with the Angel and Silver dollars, we used to have discus and loved them. Had the discus for quite a while and something happened and lost them. Too expensive to go back to the discus. We will be reducing to one tank in the fall. The second tank will be moved to our basement and will be used to winter our pond plants.
Thanks for your info. Will pass along to the hubby!!
