i recently noticed my cory ctas -albino - losing their talis and fins....seems like tail-fin rot disease. i threw in some medicine that takes care of that (hopefully). do the tails and fins grow back? or will the cory cats die?

It depends on how far along the fin rot is, but i have never lost a fish due to fin rot, and i have never medicated them, just do extra water changes and make sure you are not over feeding, the "wounds" or the tips of the fins and tails should start to turn white. That means they are healing. It will take a few months for the fins to grow back.

thanks. I have been working on water changes. the fishes are still alive and moving around happily. hopefully it survives and has all the fins grow back.
