Funny addendum

I filled the tank! Hooked up the filter! Everything is going as planned! I was up till 1 a.m.

I get a knock at my door at 4:35 a.m. Coming down my two story townhouse down to the front door....Water. About 3 inches of It.!! First thought: It has got to be the new tank bust. Second thought: How can 70 gallons fill a townhouse with 3 inches of water? I dropped my pool pump (little Giant) into the tank and drained him...again. It takes seconds with that pump. I then had so much water in the house, I put the pump right on the floor to assist in pumping my living room out.

My house was fitted with that grey colored poly-vinyl plumbing best suited for trailers. Ok for trailers, but not for multi-townhouse structures.

Funny thing is, the tank was right there looking better and better. I also kept humoring myself saying the fish would of looked at this like a 'jailbreak' for the outside world.

Good thing I didnt do the fish just yet...eh

I applaud you for seeing the funny side of all this...

Most of us, at least myself, would be looking for the closest bridge to leap from...
