Sorry I haven't been around much... the Holiday really took it's toll on me.

I cooked my first Thanksgiving feast... Turkey... with Stuffing, Dressing for the hubby, mashed potatoes, noodles, Candied Yams, Broccoli Salad, Coleslaw, Homemade Cranberry Sauce, Pretzel Salad, Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, Peach Pie, and Pumpkin Roll! It was an incredible amount of food! I'm so glad that my dad and his family showed up the next day to help out with left overs!

I hope everyone had a Wonderful Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy holidays and all that stuff. It's still warm in Phoenix, the citrus is getting ripe, the peppers are producing, the onions are growing, and the garage needs cleaning.
