1 - opens a small box in which you can reply to the thread
2 - opens a reply post page
2.5 - opens a reply post page, quoting the post
3 - link to report about a problematic post to the moderator
4 - edit your own post
5-8 NA
9 - a mark to show if the user is online
11 - the karma of the user - do people on the board like the user or not
12,13 - voting karma for another user, green for +, red for -
14 - get to the top of the thread
15 - start a new thread
16 - same as 2
17 - stop getting notifications for this specific thread
