Wow Karen..
I LOVE those!!...
all of them are soo pretty!!
Your koi look to have quite a bit of orange..very nice!!
The ones just I bought from Doug there at Northstar are supposed to have 40 - 70% coverage for orange too. One of them is VERY orange..so I hope they will look like yours in awhile. I'm excited.
The other Koi I have that are now around 3 years or so...when I bought them..I purchased only a slight amount of orange coverage. I still think they are pretty though.

And those Orchids..That lavenader one is to die for!! Oh how I love those!!
You know..we have more in common than I thought. I don't raise orchids..but I do ROSES. We both apparently love flowers too..how cool is that???
Ad the rainbow..gosh..loving these pictures lady!!

Thanks,
I like roses as well, I love the John Kennedy and the Abe Lincoln. John Kennedy is a white rose, and the Abraham Lincoln is a very red rose. I used to buy all of the roses from Jackson Perkins, but they only last for one season, a couple of years ago, I bought some at Sams Club for about 10 dollars 2 Abraham Lincoln and I still have them, they are a little stragley but they bloom winter spring fall and summer. I have about 3 roses on them now, but they only last for about 2 or 3 days. I also love glads, lilies and gerber daisies. I have a small fish pond in our front garden. We have small yards in Florida so everything is downsizded.

I love my grandson and my children and of course my husband of 41 plus years.

Take care Diane and cannot wait to see your pictures.

It looks like somebody is really serious about angelfish. Thanks for the pictures. Although it's easier to post them than it was a few weeks ago, I think there is still some limit on the number of pixels you can post at one time. Multiple postings work just fine, but if you're having trouble with the website, the administrator is very responsive to suggestions.

Your orchids are beautiful. Gardening is another of my hobbies, but living in the desert has some pretty interesting challenges. I have moss roses planted around the pool and citrus trees in the small front yard. Some time this month or next, I want to set up a raised bed garden to grow vegetables. Lots of things will grow through our mild winters.

I think that this fall we are going to dig up some sod and make a small garden as well or use my glads bed to make a small victory garden... the price of vegetables here in Florida is terrible! We can at least grow some squash and tomatoes, herbs especially basil are fast growing. We just have to get them set before we get cool temps in the winter.
Never heard of a moss rose?
Yes we are serious about angels and I only uploaded some of the angels....

A moss rose is a portulaca. They can withstand Phoenix summers because they have bulbous green parts that store water. The flowers are all different colors; they're a bright spot in the desert.
