I have a suggestion for the admin... take off the subscribe and unsubscribe from each topic, if a person wants the topic e-mailed to them let them set that up for themselves, that is going to get annoying pretty fast for all members.

I didn't know you had that and found a reply on my e-mail, had to come back here and unsubscribe from that topic.

I think that if people want replys e-mailed to them from a topic on here they can ask for it to be e-mailed to them, not automatically done that way.

i think you can set to avoid notifications by default to all posts - I'll dig this up.

P.S.
In such a case, how would you know that I have answered you (like in this post)

The way it works now is you are automatically subscribed when you reply to a topic. There is a check box near the submit button, and you can uncheck it to unsubscribe. I agree that it should maybe be the other way around, especially since the forum has become lots more active.

I knew you answered me just by me coming here to check out the post

Thanks John, I saw the unsubscribe after I got the e-mail and just thought it would be far easier if a person asked for it to be sent instead of sending it automaticlly.

I do think it's really annoying getting all the e-mails...

Another cool thing that may be on this site somewhere and I just don't know it yet... Is where the last so many posts that have been posted to, appear on the page somewhere...

I've always thought that was a really cool addition to any forum.
