I have been having problems getting a pic to work. I go to the page that drops down from the My Actions part, and I go that way. When I try to up load a pic, the whole page doesn't load, so it says "errors on page" and the little upload pic icon doesn't work. I hope that made some sense .

i've had trouble uploading photos in the past. i'll click upload and it will say uploading for a long time.

It won't even get to that part. The button won't even work.

Can you please reply with attachment of a screenshot of the screen with the error message?


i've had trouble uploading photos in the past. i'll click upload and it will say uploading for a long time.

Can you please check what size (in K is the images you are trying to upload?

I don't have a camera at work, but I will try sometime when I am at home.

i have had the same situation. a quick solution is to reuce your file size to 640 x 480 and then there is no problem.

OK, I have split the thread as I believe there are two different problems involved.

Just to make sure I've got it right, is the problem that when you try to upload a picture, it hangs forever?

If so, can you please upload this picture?

- right click the link
- save as (on your desktop)
- upload the picture
- delete the picture from your desktop
