KILLER ALGAE

If you get a chance, watch the Discovery channel for a program of that name. The killer algae was originally developed for marine aquariums, but it has gotten into some oceans and is very invasive. It actually looks pretty good, but almost nothing can eat it. The story reminds me of the snakehead problem in freshwater.

Eeek! That sounds terrible. I will keep an eye out for it.
