<snip excellent advice>

Good advise, thanks much I removed the clowns and the algae eater, as the angels were getting snippy about them, and the poor clowns had no clue why half of their domain was suddenly closed to them. I left a 4 inch Pleco (omg, when did he get so big? He was one inch long just last week LOL) and a couple of cory cats. I think I'll just leave the eggs alone where they are. Mom and Dad are still taking turns fanning the eggs, it's the cutest thing! I shut off the pump and I think I'll drop another TopFin10 in the tank because the water flow through them is mininal, and put some sponge around the intake. I'm thinking of taking a quart jar and putting it over the filter intake where the eggs are, to protect them as once they hatch they have a huge 15 gal tank to get lost in. Is that worth the trouble, or would I be best to just leave them alone? I'm of half a mind to just let natur run it's course.

I put a few screen shots here (sorry about the other pics, they were all on the same memory chip and I didn't have time to clean them up). The lighting wasn't that good so they aren't the best pics, I'll try to get some better ones next time. If anything comes of this, I'll post more pice. BTW, the pics of eggs on glass are from my catfish from about 10 days ago, but alas, we lost all of the eggs to fungus within 48 hours. Again, the catfish laying eggs totally caught me by surprise.

I more-or-less figured out the same thing. I'm just going to leave them alone and let nature take it's course. Day 2 - a few eggs have turned white, and I assume they are unfertilized eggs. If so, then our little stud-muffin male did a bang-up job, because we have less then 1% turning white.

Day 2 pics. Still not very good, tomorrow I'll see if I can get some better lighting into the tank and get some better quality pics. Still, you can see the eggs that are turning white. Mom is still spending half her time fanning the eggs.
