My dalmation molly is laying on bottom of tank breathing really fast with her mouth open. I don't know if it's because my male black molly is harassing her and shes getting stressed please help.

It could definitely be due to the bullying. Few questions.
Have you tested your water parameters? What is the size of the tank? any other tank mates? How long has the tank been up and finally do you have another tank so I can seperate her from the bully?

Do a water change of at least 50%. It is a good chance that the issue is with the ammonia/nitrite/nitrate levels within the water.

When was the last time you tested the water?

I agree with fish daddy. Also you can condition your water with prime. It can take away the effects of 1ppm of nitrite And ammonia for 48 hrs. If you don't have a test kit I would strongly suggest one.. but your LFS will test it for free.. ask them for the actual numbers and not just if it is good or bad.. keep us posted.
