My female betta's have change from grey and dull to the same colour as my male betta. Why?

When fish are ready to spawn, their colors sometimes become more intense. Colors will tend to dull when fish are stressed, and many fish develop coloration as they mature.

so you saying its possible they may spawn?

my fish have only been together 6 days

With regard to the female Bettas, the color change could mean they are ready to spawn, especially if their tummies are kind of fat. It could also mean they are just acclimating to their new aquarium. In any case, Betta spawning is sort of complicated. You may want to check out some of the postings by animefan93.
