This is definitely not right. It sounds like possible ammonia poisoning. If yo do not have a kit to test for it, I would change 40% of the water right now. It is deadly for most fish and those that survive it are damaged. Did your tank cycle before you added fish? If you don't know what I mean then look up the nitrogen cycle/new tank syndrome. Also, if your tank is overcrowded this can cause problems too.
yes i do have a testing kit and all the things you need and i don't think the tank is full because there are only 3 goldfish 1 guppy [male] and there was a female guppy and its a 200 liter so i don't think its that.
i checked her the this morning she looks fine now
