my platy has 1 swollen eye, will my other fish get it

my guppy also had this disease once. basically there is no recourse for the fish in question. however this is not contagious.

It could just be pop eye, and that is treatable. You can either keep the water really really clean or add some aquarium salt.

my platys eye is popping even more will it just pop and loose the eye.

If you let it go, it's possible for them to lose it I believe. But then you are going to have trouble feeding it, and it will have trouble getting around. I would try clean clean water, or the salt trick, 1 tsp/gallon.
