One of my beautiful soft corals just started to die yesterday??? Everything else in the tank is fine? Can anyone give me an answer why this might have happened?

I would really appreciate a picture of the coral as there are few types of soft corals.

These things can be caused by parasites and so it might infect other corals you might have.

It can be a good idea to take it out give it a dip in fresh water and then dip in new SW with Iodine(lugols or similar).

For the infected parts you might have no choice but to take them out.
