mystery???

my cousin or as you know lookoutworld gave my gram a new born dalmation mollie and when they left we couldn't find him/her. My cousin didn't take him back because I called him. What do think happened???

If you didn't have a full lid on the aquarium, the fish probably jumped out and subsequently dehydrated into something very small. The other possibility is the fish did not survive the transfer to the new aquarium. A small fish body decomposes pretty quickly in an aquarium, especially if it has snails.

Any chance it could just be hiding?
