Welcome to our forum.
Quite a few ich medicines are sold, but it's too easy to overdo things. In my opinion, it's better to address the cause of the problem first. Since you already know you have a water quality problem, you could try doing a 20 percent water change every day for a week or more. Be sure to use a good water conditioner when you add new water to the aquarium, and avoid over feeding. You can also buy an inexpensive test kit to make sure there is no ammonia in the water, and you could gradually raise the water temperature by a couple of degrees.
Many fish diseases can be cured, but many times they have progressed too far before they are detected. If only one fish is sick, it can be isolated and medicated in a small hospital tank.
We may be able to offer more advice if you tell us what kinds of fish are in the tank, the aquarium size, and the water parameters. Good luck, and please keep us updated on your progress.
