I'm looking good size fish tank. I was thinking about a 10,20 or a 25g tank (for freshwater) . which one should I get. my cousin told my to get a 25 long at wall-mart. He said he would also give me some fish for it.

Larger aquariums are easier to maintain than small ones, so it's a good idea to go large. If floor space is limited, you may want to consider a tall aquarium. For example, a 25 tall takes the same floor space as a 20 regular, and a 37 tall has the same foot print as a 29 regular. Walmart has 29 and 55 gallon kits here in Phoenix. Big pet stores like Petsmart will sometimes help you find the tall versions of some aquariums, and the small aquarium shops can order different sizes. Just be sure the habits, requirements and adult size of the fish you want are compatible with the aquarium size.
