I'm new to the site -
Discovered it when looking for a resolution to a brown algae problem in my Marine Aquarium -
Anyway my name is Jenn I live near Bristol England (though I'm American, just replanted as I'd married a Brit) and am looking forward to seeking advice and offering advice on both Tropical and Marine aquarium, fish and up-keep!
I have MSN Messenger as well if any of you would like to add me This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Welcome, Jenn. I hope you stick around for a long time and make lots of comments. Aquarium keeping seems to be a never ending learning experience, so help us learn.

Welcome!

Glad to have you aboard!

I'm super excited, I'd like to get to know more saltwater people, as when my addition is complete to the house... I'm going for a 180 gal saltwater setup and I know I'll have TONS of questions! LOL!

Anyways, welcome!

Hey Angela!

I think my biggest problem in setting up the marine tank was nerves! LOL!
But I took my time...(panicked everytime I thought something may be going wrong, like when I chose to put a Racoon Butterfly in with my corals EEK!)
But I learned....
Tanks are so much work...but it's fun work isn't it?
My fish have names....and when work is going crap (I work from home as an IT Systems Project Manger) I go see them...they always make me feel better.
Thanks for the welcome -
Will help with whatever I can!
Good luck with the new addition and the tank!
Best
Jenn

Hi Jenn !!
WELCOME....glad you joined...
BTW...love your name too..
same as our daughter's !! ....
her & our son-n-law also have a salt water tank ( 225 gal.).
I never have gotten bold enough yet..
but I think they are gorgeous !!
Especially once the live rock turns purple & such.
Plus all the fish have such vibrant color.
Would love to see some of your pic.'s.

* BTW...We people's understand naming our fishies..LOL...we do too!!
