does anyone have any good websites to get aquarium products online.

I am looking for a new hood for my 55 gal aquarium, because it appears as though both of the light fixtures have gone bad at the same time.

I haven't been able to find any cheap hoods or anything, just wondering if anyone has a website they like for buying stuff like that..

Usually the on-line stores have a huge selection of products and very good prices. Of course, you have to pay shipping, but the prices more than compensate. The first one on the list is my favorite. I may not have gotten all the email addresses perfect, but they're close.

One of the down sides to on-line shopping for aquarium supplies is it hurts the privately owned local aquarium shops. Some items are priced lower than the wholesale cost paid by independent shops. I guess it's all about the bottom line, but the independents are the only stores that will buy home raised aquarium fish. At least that's true for Phoenix.

My favorite places to buy aquarium stuff online is bigals.com and drsfostersmith. Both customer services are really nice and they replaced my stuff if they were broken free of shipping and handling.
