My baby albino bristle nose plecos arrived about fifteen minutes ago. I ordered six and they gave me seven. How awesome is that! They all appear alive and well and are currently being drip acclimated. I will post photos later when I am done with them. They also sent me free food for them too.

Well, they are all settled in their new home. They are already busily eating away at the algae that has grown the last couple weeks. They seem pretty hungry after their long trip.

Here are some photos of the acclimation process. I used some airline tubing along with a single valve to control the flow of the water siphon. I managed to do it without inhaling "aquarium bottom water cooties".

Didn't you say you bought them from an Asian supplier? One of them has some fancy all red guppies, and I've thought about buying a few. Nothing but money and transit time are in the way.

Actually, it was the java moss and it is coming from Malaysia. These little guys came form AR. The moss said to allow 10-15 days for it to get here. Ouch. I am sure glad it is a tough little plant.
