I had no idea there were so many different kinds. Do you know how many varities exist in the wild?
ok guys, I’m setting a challenge here. Let’s try to gather images for all those discusses (that is no copyright violation images - meaning taken by ourselves or another forum member, taken from a CC image database, etc.). We can decide if we want to upload it to the gallery, or send it over to helinova, so he can update this post. Whenever we manage to find an image helinova will mark that species with a “V”. What do you say?
ya you can send me pictures of discus and i am sure that i can able to tell what sp of discus it is…
yes discus are so many varities…the only wild discus is heckel discus….if anyone subdivide terquise and checkboard discus then there are more varities…
sry to mention "ocean blue discus"…

Pls advise at what age Leopards , starts breeding , i have seven pieace in show tanks , they are regularly fighting with each other
but not getting paired , even some time one discus regularly stand near breeding pole
