My koi Cleo is doing find. She loves her new tank that is a 10gal. Cleo is a wonderful pet to have and very easy to take care of. She likes to swim up and down in one spot and swim all around her tank. i do half water change about every two week and and change out the filter about every two months. She is train to go up to the top and get her feed and I have got to pet her alittle. i have been busy moving home to my parents and then getting into college that i start July 6 at night for Culinary Art Assiocate Degree. i posted two new pictures of Cleo. she hasnt really grew any or as i can tell.

An aquarium is its own world, and it kind of offers a time out from the daily routine.

I was wondering where you went. Glad your back. It is a good thing you got that ten gallon. You may have to upgrade to a bigger tank in the near future though. You are on the right track with the water changes. The only thing I disagree with is the filter change. Goldfish tend to be messy and you will want superior filtration to keep them healthy. My suggestion would be to change it at least every four weeks. Also, if you want your fish to possibly grow faster, provide variety in the fish's diet.
