Just in case, thought I'd ask my question here, as I asked it as a topic (doh!). I recently went from a 25-gallon tank to a 70-gallon tank, and out of necessity I had to transfer all my fish from the 25-gal to the 70-gal., and I also have about 10 live plants with a sandy bottom. The tank has been up and running about a month. I have not done any water changes because I have been living in a shell all these years and didn't know anything about doing water changes. So I need to know how much water I should change the very first time in my big tank, and how often I need to do water changes? Have pity on me, I just never knew what the right thing to do was. Thanks.
